IP and Technology Litigation Associate, Multiple US Locations · Leading Technology and IP Firm

IP and technology litigation associate position at a leading global law firm with extensive expertise in complex intellectual property disputes and artificial intelligence litigation. The firm maintains a nationwide trial practice with deep expertise across trademark, copyright, trade secret, and emerging technology matters.

The work:

• Handle IP litigation matters across copyright, trademark, trade secret, and false advertising
• Develop litigation strategy and manage enforcement actions for complex disputes
• Manage discovery and e-discovery processes
• Counsel clients on IP enforcement strategies and associated risks
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and technical writing
• Practice in multiple forums including federal and state courts, trademark trial boards, ITC proceedings, and arbitration
• Support first-chair trial attorneys on high-stakes litigation

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of IP or technology litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of IP statutes including trademark law, copyright law, DMCA, trade secret laws, and computer access laws
• Trial experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• State bar membership in the jurisdiction of application
• Intellectual curiosity about emerging technology issues

Compensation: $235,000 – $310,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
