Investment Management Associate, New York · Vault Top Firm

Top-tier private funds practice seeking mid-level associate to work on investment management and capital structuring. The role involves formation and structuring of private equity and hedge funds, co-investment strategies, secondary transactions, and GP-led liquidity structures including continuation funds. You'll draft and negotiate transaction documents and advise sponsors, institutional investors, and financial institutions on complex capital arrangements.

The work:

• Formation and structuring of private equity and hedge funds
• Co-investment strategies and secondary market transactions
• GP-led liquidity solutions including continuation funds
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Advising sophisticated clients on capital structure and deal terms
• Due diligence and documentation on complex transactions

What they're looking for:

• 4–5 years of transaction experience in investment funds or related areas
• Strong drafting and analytical capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple complex matters simultaneously
