Professional track (non-partnership) attorney in fund formation and commercial real estate transactions. Seeks candidates with 3–6 years of AmLaw firm experience. Compensation $135,000–$300,000 depending on background and qualifications.

The work:

• Draft fund formation documents including organizational agreements, side letters, and investor agreements
• Handle commercial real estate transactions spanning acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing
• Prepare joint venture and co-investment documentation
• Support fund managers through closing, regulatory compliance, and ongoing operations
• Secondaries transaction experience is valued

What they're looking for:

• 3–6 years of AmLaw firm experience in fund formation, commercial real estate, or real estate finance
• Strong analytical and legal writing abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and business judgment
• Secondary transactions experience a plus
• Admitted to practice in the office jurisdiction
• JD from an accredited law school
