A top international firm is hiring a senior investment funds associate with a defined route to partnership. The role sits in the funds practice and can be based in any of several US offices. Work covers fund formation and ongoing investment management for sponsors raising private capital.

The work:

• Structure and form private funds across buyout, credit, real estate, and other strategies
• Draft partnership agreements, side letters, and subscription documents
• Advise sponsors on regulatory and compliance questions across the fund's life
• Negotiate terms with institutional investors and their counsel
• Take a lead role on client relationships and mentor junior associates
