Investment Funds Associate, Multiple US Locations · AmLaw 100 Firm

This AmLaw 100 firm's Investment Funds practice handles the full spectrum of fund formation and operation—from private equity and venture capital to real estate and hedge funds. As an associate, you'll advise on structure, establishment, and management of domestic and international funds, with particular focus on secondary transactions and fund vehicles.

The work:

• Advise on formation and operation of private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds
• Handle secondary transactions from both sponsor and investor perspectives
• Structure separately managed accounts and carry vehicles
• Support fund documentation and transaction closure
• Work across multiple US offices with a sophisticated client base

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of investment funds experience at an AmLaw firm
• Strong academic background and JD from accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in your office location
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex fund structures and transactions
• Available for hybrid work across multiple US locations
