Investment Funds Associate, Multiple US Locations · AmLaw 100 Firm

AmLaw 100 firm's investment funds group seeks a securities attorney with three to six years of structured real estate finance experience. You'll represent REITs, institutional investors, and real estate companies in acquisitions, dispositions, complex financings, and restructurings. This position offers flexibility across U.S. offices.

The work:

• Structure and manage securities offerings for real estate investment vehicles
• Advise on commercial real estate acquisitions and sales
• Handle complex financing transactions for institutional investors
• Counsel REITs and real estate companies on debt and equity structuring
• Support transaction documentation and closing processes

• 3+ years managing structured real estate securities offerings
• Background in commercial real estate finance and transactions
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Sound business judgment and organizational ability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• AmLaw 100 or equivalent firm experience preferred

Salary: $235,000–$390,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
