Join a prestigious law firm's Investment Funds group, handling formation and ongoing management of private investment vehicles for institutional investors, sponsors, and portfolio companies. You'll work on substantive transactions from day one.

The work:

• Fund formation, governance documentation, and operational compliance structures
• Investment agreements, portfolio company transaction support, and investment monitoring
• Client advisory on regulatory requirements and fund management matters
• Cross-practice coordination with tax, corporate, and regulatory specialists

• 3-7 years of law firm experience in funds, private equity, or corporate finance

• Base salary range: $260,000-$420,000
