Join an AmLaw Global 100 firm's Investigations and White Collar Defense Group in New York as a mid-level associate. You'll represent companies, nonprofits, executives, and individuals in criminal, civil, and regulatory matters at the highest stakes.

The work:

• Conducting internal investigations: witness interviews, factual development, privilege analysis, and investigative reports
• Responding to government subpoenas, investigative demands, and agency inquiries from DOJ, SEC, state attorneys general, and congressional committees
• Defending clients in fraud, FCPA and anti-corruption, securities enforcement, and OFAC/BSA/AML matters
• Drafting motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and responses to government requests
• Managing document collections, productions, and complex litigation workstreams
• Preparing witnesses for testimony, depositions, and interviews
• Mentoring junior associates and participating in client education

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years in white collar defense, government investigations, internal investigations, civil enforcement, or complex litigation
• Trial, deposition, federal clerkship, or government experience preferred
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills with sound judgment and discretion
• JD from accredited law school and New York bar admission required
• Collaborative approach and willingness to work alongside former prosecutors and experienced investigations counsel
