Insurance Litigation Associate, Birmingham · Global Insurance & Litigation Firm

This role involves supporting senior counsel and partners on complex liability and indemnity matters for major corporate clients, insurers, and self-insured commercial organizations. You'll work across motor, employer's liability, public liability, and indemnity claims, managing all phases from initial liability investigation through trial preparation. Responsibilities include analyzing injury valuations and claim reserves, coordinating expert evidence, reviewing medical records, drafting pleadings and client advice, attending court hearings and case management conferences, and contributing to client development initiatives. As the practice grows, you'll mentor junior team members and take on increasing responsibility for your own client relationships within the catastrophic injury and large loss space.
