The work:

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, hotel management contracts, franchise agreements, and joint venture documents
• Advise on financing arrangements and loan documentation
• Manage due diligence and handle transactions from deal initiation through closing
• Work on complex real estate and corporate matters for hospitality clients across multiple jurisdictions
