The work:

• Counsel early and growth-stage health tech companies on regulatory compliance, FDA matters, and corporate practice of medicine
• Advise on multi-state digital health operations and state law considerations for healthcare delivery models
• Guide clients through reimbursement strategy across federal, commercial, and self-insured payors
• Help navigate fraud and abuse statutes (Anti-Kickback, Stark, False Claims Act) and state equivalents
• Work on HIPAA and state health privacy compliance, data exchange and interoperability requirements
• Develop regulatory approaches for healthcare AI, telehealth, remote monitoring, wearables, and health apps

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years healthcare regulatory or compliance experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience advising across regulatory domains: corporate structure, reimbursement, privacy, fraud/abuse, or emerging tech
• Detail-oriented and quick learner with sound judgment
• Client service focus and willingness to travel for client events
• Compensation: $235,000-$310,000 based on class year, plus discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits package
