A major national law firm seeks a healthcare regulatory associate to join its Houston office, working alongside experienced healthcare counsel. You'll handle compliance matters, administrative disputes, and regulatory investigations affecting healthcare providers and organizations.

The work:

• Advise healthcare clients on federal and state regulatory compliance
• Handle payor disputes, contract matters, and regulatory compliance issues
• Defend clients in administrative proceedings and government investigations
• Prepare written analysis and guidance on complex healthcare regulatory questions

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years of law firm experience with strong healthcare regulatory background
• Deep knowledge of healthcare provider regulations and compliance frameworks
• Excellent legal writing and communication ability
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with healthcare industry clients
• Texas bar admission
• Must be able to work in the Houston office at least three days weekly
