Healthcare Litigation Associate, New York · Am Law 50 Firm

Am Law 50 global firm's Healthcare Industry Team seeks a mid-level associate for its New York office. You'll represent healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial litigation and enforcement matters, working with a 230-attorney team across 16 offices.

The work:

• Represent healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration
• Handle civil disputes, internal investigations, and enforcement actions
• Manage False Claims Act and anti-fraud statute matters
• Develop dispute resolution strategies from settlement through trial
• Serve sectors including hospitals, provider systems, health plans, and digital health companies

What they're looking for:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience in law firms
• Complex civil litigation background; healthcare experience a plus
• Strong academic record from top-tier law school
• Admitted and active in New York State Bar
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
