Top-tier global law firm with 50+ offices worldwide seeks an experienced litigation lawyer across multiple US locations. This role focuses on representing healthcare providers in reimbursement disputes and managed care litigation.

The work:

• Litigate provider-side reimbursement disputes between healthcare providers and insurance payors
• Handle managed care litigation and related healthcare matters
• Manage discovery, including ESI, and prepare motions
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues in healthcare disputes
• Advise provider clients on litigation strategy

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally with managed care or healthcare background
• Strong provider-side representation in reimbursement disputes
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
• Candidates considered from mid-associate through counsel level
