Am Law 50 firm's healthcare litigation practice in Los Angeles seeks a mid-level associate to represent healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters. The firm's healthcare team serves the full industry spectrum, from provider systems and insurers to digital health innovators.

The work:

• Commercial litigation between healthcare entities and regulators
• Government investigations and enforcement defense
• Reimbursement and contract disputes
• Constitutional and regulatory challenges
• Depositions, motion practice, and trial support

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of active litigation experience
• Strong law school credentials
• California bar membership in good standing
• Case management and junior attorney supervision experience
• Trial experience valued; federal clerkship experience a plus
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills

Compensation: $260,000-$390,000 base salary. The role involves substantial client responsibility and partnership-track career development.
