A nationally recognized healthcare practice seeks an associate to advise on Medicare and Medicaid regulatory matters affecting life sciences and healthcare providers. The role focuses on compliance work around pharmacy benefit programs, pricing, and coverage determinations.

The work:

• Provide regulatory compliance advice to healthcare and life sciences clients on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
• Advise on 340B drug pricing program compliance and related negotiation strategies
• Manage healthcare fraud and abuse law compliance including anti-kickback and self-referral rules
• Support coverage appeals and administrative proceedings before regulatory agencies

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years in healthcare or life sciences compliance work
• Solid understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulatory frameworks including coverage and payment systems
• Knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse statutes
• Government healthcare agency experience preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
