An AmLaw 100 firm's Health Law practice advises providers, payors, PBMs, manufacturers, and health care service companies on complex transactional and regulatory matters.

The work:

• Support health care M&A transactions including transaction execution, due diligence, and regulatory review
• Assist with high-volume contracting and regulatory counseling for PBMs, managed care plans, providers, and pharmacies
• Draft and review health care transaction documents, commercial agreements, and regulatory analyses
• Manage process-driven workstreams to support senior attorneys and client strategy
• Collaborate with cross-office and multidisciplinary teams

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of relevant health care law experience, ideally in health care M&A, regulatory counseling, or contracting
• Experience supporting transactional matters: due diligence, document review, drafting, regulatory analysis
• Familiarity with health care regulatory issues or demonstrated ability to develop fluency quickly
• Ability to manage workstreams independently and work efficiently with senior attorneys and clients
• Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and collaborative approach
• JD from ABA-accredited law school; admitted or eligible for admission in DC, New York, or California
