Health Law Associate, Boston, New York and Washington, DC · Am Law 100 Firm

This role is with an Am Law 100 firm's health law practice, focused on transactions for major health care providers, payors, and manufacturers. The practice counsels clients through structural and operational challenges in complex M&A deals.

The work:

• Handle all aspects of health care transactions: drafting and negotiating documents, due diligence, deal management
• Lead smaller deals and key aspects of larger transactions
• Coordinate with deal teams within and outside the firm
• Advise on joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers
• Provide guidance on health care regulatory compliance

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of M&A experience, ideally in health care
• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Bar admission (MA, NY, or DC)
• Strong academic credentials and communication skills
• Proficiency with health care regulations (Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, CON, licensing)
• Ability to lead and manage deal teams

Compensation: $260,000 to $365,000 plus bonus.
