Health Care Associate, New York and Philadelphia · National Life Sciences Leader

A leading national law firm with a prominent health care practice seeks a junior associate with 2-4 years of experience. You'll advise a broad client base including hospital systems, academic medical centers, payers, and specialty providers on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters across the health care sector.

The work:

• Navigate federal and state health care compliance, including Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and ACA requirements
• Counsel on regulatory frameworks like HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act
• Support clients with regulatory compliance, transactional matters, financing, real estate, and related health care legal issues
• Work closely with senior attorneys and develop expertise in health care law

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of legal experience
• Background representing health care providers or payers preferred
• Strong academic record
• Active bar license in New York or Pennsylvania
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage legal work independently and collaboratively
