Join a national White Collar Defense and Government Investigations practice in Long Island. This role suits an attorney with 3–5 years' experience in government investigations, criminal defense, or complex civil litigation. You'll work across diverse matters, representing individuals and organizations facing government inquiries at federal and state level, from investigation through trial and appeal.

The work:

• Counsel clients responding to government investigations, civil investigative demands, and investigative subpoenas
• Represent clients before federal and state prosecutors and investigative agencies
• Defend against government enforcement actions and complex fraud-related civil litigation
• Manage matters from investigation and grand jury stages through trial and appellate proceedings
• Develop written advocacy and legal strategy for government investigation defense

What they're looking for:

• 3–5 years' experience in government investigations, criminal defense, or civil litigation
• Demonstrated strong writing and analytical skills
• Federal judicial clerkship experience preferred
• Proven written advocacy in defending against government investigations
• Strong academic credentials with excellent judgment and communication skills
