This nationally recognized government contracts practice is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of prior government contracts experience, whether from law firm practice, government service, or in-house roles.

The work:

• Bid protest and claims litigation
• False Claims Act litigation and related investigations
• Regulatory counseling on FAR and DFARS compliance requirements
• Mandatory disclosure matters and advisory work
