Funds lawyer on a three-month assignment supporting corporate transactions and investment vehicles for a commercial real estate sector client. This flexible resourcing role places you with a top-tier global law firm's practice.

The work:

• Advise on corporate transactions, capital raises, and debt funding
• Support private equity and wholesale real estate investment vehicles
• Draft and negotiate investment management agreements, property management agreements, and joint venture arrangements
• Manage legal issues related to trust and registered scheme administration
• Guide clients on corporate governance matters
• Work with internal stakeholders to manage legal risk and compliance

What they're looking for:

• Five or more years of corporate and commercial law experience, particularly in funds and investment management
• Background managing corporate transactions and capital markets work
• Ability to advise senior business stakeholders and work autonomously
• Current Australian practicing certificate and legal work rights
