A Vault Top 10 technology firm with a leading fund formation practice seeks a fund formation attorney with 2-7 years of private investment experience for its New York office. You'll work with top-tier sponsors and institutional investors on complex fund structures.

The work:

• Represent sponsors and investors in private investment fund formation
• Complete fund formation transactions and sponsor-level transactions for general partners and management companies
• Handle secondary transactions involving limited partner and portfolio company interests
• Support the full life cycle of investment fund structures

What they're looking for:

• 2-7 years of private investment fund formation experience
• Experience representing both sponsors and investors
• Background from the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
• Compensation: $235,000-$420,000 depending on location and experience
