A leading venture and emerging-companies practice is hiring in New York across fund formation and investment management. The team structures and launches funds for sponsors investing in startups and growth companies. The class-year range runs from 2024 through senior associate.

The work:

• Form and structure venture and private funds, including terms, governance, and regulatory setup
• Draft partnership agreements, side letters, and subscription documents
• Advise sponsors on fundraising, closings, and ongoing fund operations
• Handle investment management and regulatory questions for fund clients
