Fund Formation Associate, Multiple US Locations · Leading Technology and Life Sciences Firm

Fund Formation Associate at a leading technology and life sciences firm. You'll join the investment funds team, organizing and advising venture capital funds, private equity funds, venture studios, accelerators, and crypto-related funds. Work with institutional investors and fund managers on formation, regulatory compliance, and ongoing portfolio management.

The work:

• Fund formation and organization for VC, PE, and crypto funds
• Regulatory compliance and securities law for investment funds
• Venture studio and accelerator structuring
• Ongoing fund advising on governance and operational matters
• Corporate documentation and deal work

What they're looking for:

• 4-8 years of VC or PE fund formation experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of fund formation and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Strong corporate law knowledge
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter approach
• Eligible for bar admission in target office location
