Fund Finance Associate, New York · Vault Top 10 Firm

A Magic Circle firm's New York office seeks a mid-level associate for its fund finance practice. This collegial, growing team advises financial sponsors and lenders on the financing structures that power private investment vehicles. Compensation is competitive and class-year dependent.

The work:

• Structure and execute subscription credit facilities and net asset value (NAV) facilities
• Advise on management company and upper-tier financing transactions
• Represent sponsors and lenders in fund financing deals
• Develop deep expertise in credit arrangements and capital structures for funds

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of relevant fund finance experience, preferably from a law firm or in-house at a sponsor or bank
• Track record advising either sponsors or lenders in complex financings
• New York Bar admission with strong academic credentials
• Analytical ability to structure sophisticated credit arrangements
