Premier Litigation Firm seeks first-year associates to start fall 2027. The firm prioritizes training and early client responsibility within a small, collaborative practice environment.

The work:

• Litigation research, writing and analysis
• Drafting motions, briefs and advocacy materials
• Client communication and case management support
• Discovery and document review
• Direct exposure to partner-level work from day one

• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills (demonstrated through writing sample)
• Excellent legal research and analytical ability
• Attention to detail, time management and organization
• Client service orientation and collaborative mindset
• Strong academic record
• Ability to work flexibly and solve problems independently

Compensation: $225,000 base salary plus benefits and bonus potential. Associates advance on a lock-step basis. Candidates should submit resume, law school transcript and a 1,250-word or shorter writing sample demonstrating advocacy (ideally a draft brief or judicial opinion).
