First-Year Associate, New York · Vault Top 30 Firm

A top-30 global law firm is seeking a first-year associate to join its Chambers-ranked Capital Markets practice in New York. The practice has spent over three decades at the forefront of securitization and structured finance, representing major financial institutions, investment funds, and corporate parties.

The work:

• Represent purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors and borrowers (banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, public companies) in structured finance transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and financing arrangements
• Handle purchase and sale transactions and servicing agreements
• Communicate with clients and transaction counterparties
• Coordinate transaction closings

What they're looking for:

• 2026 law school graduate with demonstrated interest in structured finance
• Exposure to or familiarity with structured finance transactions
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Salary: $225,000 based on experience
