Financial Services Litigation Associate, San Francisco · National Litigation Firm

National litigation firm with 150+ litigation attorneys seeks an associate with 2-5 years of financial services litigation experience for its San Francisco office. You'll work on consumer finance, banking, and related disputes under experienced partners.

The work:

• Drafting pleadings and motions (demurrers, summary judgment, discovery disputes)
• E-discovery management and document analysis
• Discovery propounding and responses
• Taking and defending depositions
• Appearing in state and federal court for case management and pre-trial matters
• Advising on regulatory compliance (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC, EFTA, TILA, UCL/UDAP)

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience at a regional, national, or strong local firm
• Active California bar license
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• E-discovery proficiency and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with partners and staff
• Direct client interface capability
