Financial Services Litigation Associate, Miami · AmLaw 100 Firm

Mid-level litigation associate in a top AmLaw 100 firm's financial services practice. You'll represent clients in consumer finance disputes, credit litigation, and mortgage matters, handling work from pleadings through trial advocacy.

The work:

• Draft motions, complaints, answers, and summary judgment submissions
• Conduct litigation and investigations involving credit, mortgage, and consumer financial services disputes
• Appear before judges in motion hearings and settlement conferences
• Develop case strategy alongside senior attorneys
• Manage client communications and case documentation

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Active Florida Bar membership
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Bankruptcy or arbitration (AAA/JAMS) experience valued
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
