This Wilmington-based restructuring firm seeks a bankruptcy associate with 2-5 years of insolvency experience. Your background should span work in bankruptcy and related insolvency matters, with particular strength in Chapter 11 cases.

The work:

• Prepare and file restructuring pleadings and motions in Chapter 11 cases
• Assist with case management and court proceedings
• Draft restructuring agreements and settlement terms
• Conduct legal research on bankruptcy issues
• Support client strategy calls and debtor negotiations
• Handle lien and title documentation in insolvency contexts

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years in bankruptcy practice
• Licensed in Delaware
• Excellent writing and communication abilities
