Financial Restructuring Associate, New York · Vault Top 20 Firm

A Vault Top 20 firm's Financial Restructuring group is seeking an associate or counsel with 3-6 years of experience at a leading law firm to join its New York office.

The work:

• Representing debtors, creditors, and investors in complex restructurings
• Managing both in-court bankruptcies and out-of-court workouts
• Advising stakeholders on restructuring strategies and documentation
• Working on sophisticated deal teams with multiple counterparties
• Handling creditor rights and stakeholder negotiations

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of restructuring experience at a leading law firm
• Demonstrated expertise in complex chapter 11 and out-of-court transactions
• Strong analytical and writing capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Effective communication with clients and across team structures
• Collaborative approach to sophisticated deal work
