A leading financial services firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Financial Markets and Regulatory practice group, with offices in Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C.

The work:

• Advising on complex securities and derivatives transactions
• Structuring and negotiating trading agreements
• Providing regulatory counsel on financial services matters
• Working with emerging technologies including blockchain and digital assets

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services law
• Demonstrated expertise in securities and/or derivatives work
• Strong negotiation and transaction management capabilities
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills
• Bar admission (or immediate eligibility) in Illinois, New York, or Washington, D.C.
• Knowledge of blockchain and digital asset law preferred

Compensation ranges from $270,000 to $385,000 based on experience and qualifications.
