An AmLaw 50 global law firm seeks a finance associate (2-4 years) to join its Finance Practice Group, supporting financial institutions, private credit funds, and private equity sponsors on complex finance transactions. The role offers direct client contact, meaningful business development opportunities, and exceptional training with clear paths to increasing responsibility.

The work:

• Supporting and executing commercial finance transactions across various structures
• Managing closing checklists and coordinating closing deliverables
• Conducting due diligence and summarizing findings
• Drafting and assembling ancillary closing documentation
• Drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related closing documentation
• Gaining exposure to receivables financings, structured finance, real estate finance, and securitization

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience working on varied commercial finance transactions
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California bar
• Experience with receivables financings, structured finance, real estate, or securitization valued
