The work:

• Structuring and negotiating institutional credit facilities, including syndicated arrangements
• Documenting acquisition financing for corporate buyers and sponsor-backed acquisitions
• Managing alternative and private credit transactions across multiple lender types
• Supporting complex financing negotiations with strong analytical focus

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of finance experience (typically class of 2022 or earlier)
• Track record with institutional lending, acquisition financing, or leveraged finance
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with active deal involvement
• Candidates with private credit or alternative lending background particularly valued
• Base salary: $310,000+
