Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 30 Firm

This mid-level position is within the finance practice of a top national law firm focused on complex lending transactions. You'll advise institutional lenders and borrowers on sophisticated finance arrangements across multiple transaction types.

The work:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements, and closing materials
• Supporting leveraged lending, syndicated lending, and sponsor finance transactions
• Managing relationships with bank and institutional lender clients
• Handling transactions from initial commitment through closing

What they're looking for:

• 3-6 years of law firm experience in banking or institutional lending
• Background in leveraged lending or syndicated lending preferred
• Proficiency with loan documentation and finance transaction structure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate across teams
• State bar admission or eligibility to waive in
• Salary: $260,000–$390,000 annually, depending on location (Boston, Denver, New York)
