The work:

• Represent commercial banks, private credit lenders, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors in structured debt transactions
• Structure senior-secured, junior-secured, and mezzanine lending arrangements
• Advise on acquisition and leveraged financings, reserve-based lending, and project financings
• Work on securitizations and other structured credit investments
• Support private credit and alternative capital transactions

What they're looking for:

• 4 or more years of debt financing experience (J.D. class of 2022 or earlier)
• Background representing lenders, borrowers, sponsors, or investors in complex transactions
• Relevant experience with private credit, data center financing, or alternative capital valued
• Direct client contact and early business development opportunities
• Interest in working within a collegial, training-focused environment
