A top-tier law firm seeks a finance associate for its Denver office. This role focuses on institutional lending and corporate finance, supporting borrowers and lenders through major transactions. You'll work on everything from term loans and private credit facilities to acquisition financings and syndicated credits.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating loan documents, credit agreements, and facility documentation
• Advising corporate clients on financing structures, terms, and risk allocation
• Coordinating across deal teams to manage transaction timelines and closings
• Supporting multiple concurrent transactions with institutional lenders and alternative credit providers
