Global top-tier law firm seeking mid-senior finance associate for partnership-track role. Work across complex lending transactions in Chicago, Dallas, or New York offices.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation for syndicated credit facilities
• Complex commercial lending and leveraged finance transactions for private equity and corporate borrowers
• Secured and unsecured debt structures, acquisition financings, and recapitalizations
• Structured and alternative lending arrangements and credit documentation
• Direct client counseling for private credit lenders and private equity sponsors
• Workouts and restructuring in complex lending arrangements

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years experience as a finance lawyer in lending and leveraged finance
• Strong ability to draft and negotiate principal financing and security documentation
• Experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and lenders in complex transactions
• Experience with acquisition financings, working capital facilities, and recapitalizations
• Strong academic credentials
