The work:

• Represent financial institutions (banks, private credit funds) in commercial lending transactions
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security agreements, guaranties, and collateral documentation
• Handle single-lender and syndicated credit facilities
• Work on venture debt, acquisition finance, secured lending, and mezzanine financing
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously in fast-paced environments

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending or related finance transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with complex financial documents
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly in writing and conversation
