Finance Associate, Boston · Leading Finance Firm

Join a leading finance practice working on venture debt and growth financing transactions. You'll represent lenders—banks, private credit funds, and specialized financial institutions—on complex commercial finance work.

The work:

• Structuring and negotiating loan agreements, security agreements, and collateral documentation
• Drafting intercreditor and subordination agreements
• Preparing and managing closing documents for fund financings and growth transactions
• Advising lenders on technology, life sciences, fintech, and digital assets sector borrowers
• Supporting cross-border financing structures

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of lender-side commercial finance experience
• Proficiency drafting and negotiating loan documentation and security matters
• Familiarity with technology, life sciences, fintech, and digital assets sectors
• Active Massachusetts bar membership
• Ability to manage multiple closing processes simultaneously

Compensation range: $235,000–$435,000. Full benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, paid family leave, and professional development support.
