The work:

• Sophisticated debt transactions: acquisition loans, syndicated credits, and secured financing
• Asset-based and reserve-based lending arrangements
• Unsecured term lending and working capital solutions
• Public debt offerings and institutional placements
• Domestic and cross-border financings
• Counsel to both lenders and borrowers

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in banking and finance transactions
• Demonstrated competency in syndicated lending, acquisition financing, or structured debt work
• Law degree from accredited school with strong academic standing
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
