Leading environmental law firm seeks an environmental litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience in environmental law and compliance matters. The position is in the firm's litigation, enforcement, and investigations group.

The work:

• Represent clients in environmental litigation, regulatory enforcement, and defense matters
• Advise on compliance with federal and state environmental statutes and implementing regulations
• Participate in investigations, disputes, and negotiated settlements
• Manage complex regulatory defense matters
• Handle environmental enforcement proceedings

• Minimum 4 years of environmental law or litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of environmental statutes and regulatory frameworks
• Background in environmental litigation or enforcement proceedings
• Solid legal research and writing skills
