The work:

• Draft and negotiate producer, mixer, songwriter, and featured artist agreements
• Manage music clearance documentation and third-party consents
• Lead or support high-value asset purchases in recorded music and publishing catalogs
• Work on entertainment financing and corporate transaction structures
• Develop publicity materials and related IP documentation for artists and brands

• 2–3 years of transactional experience in music or entertainment
• California bar membership
