A leading global finance firm seeks junior associates with 2+ years of experience to join its renewable energy project finance practice. You'll work on construction and term financing for solar, wind, and energy storage projects, handling deal documents, corporate structures, and project diligence. The practice represents major lenders across the US in complex renewable energy transactions.

The work:

• Draft project financing documents and corporate structures for renewable energy transactions
• Conduct due diligence on construction and operational aspects of solar, wind, and storage projects
• Support deal modeling, loan documentation, and term finance work
• Gain exposure to all phases of project development from construction through operation

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of corporate or project finance experience
• Strong legal writing and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple documents and timelines
• Admitted to New York or California bar
