Energy Project Finance Associate, Boston; Washington, D.C. · Leading Energy Practice

This leading energy practice firm seeks an associate with 5+ years of project finance experience to join its Energy Project Finance & Development team. Candidates may be based in either the Boston or Washington, D.C. office. The practice advises on complex energy infrastructure development and project finance transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from initial structuring through execution.

The work:

• Structure and finance energy infrastructure and project development deals
• Advise on project finance documentation and transaction structures
• Guide clients through regulatory and financing considerations for energy projects
• Manage complex, multi-party project finance transactions
• Advise on project economics and deal risk allocation

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years of project finance experience, ideally in energy
• Deep understanding of project finance structures and documentation
• Knowledge of energy infrastructure development and financing
• Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Compensation ranges from $345,000 to $415,000 based on experience and qualifications.
