The work:

• Advise on renewable energy and infrastructure project finance transactions
• Structure tax equity and debt financing arrangements
• Draft and negotiate project finance documents
• Independently manage components of transaction teams
• Participate in negotiations with clients and market participants

What they're looking for:

• 4-7 years of project finance and development experience
• Background with renewable energy and/or infrastructure projects
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• JD from an accredited law school
• Compensation: $295,000-$370,000 based on relevant experience
