Energy & Infrastructure EPC Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 10 Firm

This position offers work on engineering, procurement, and construction transactions for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. You'll draft and negotiate EPC contracts, operation and maintenance agreements, and related construction documentation for major projects, both domestically and internationally.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts and ancillary construction documents
• Procurement and operation and maintenance agreement preparation
• Managing the full lifecycle of construction-related transactions
• Working on projects across conventional energy, nuclear, and renewables

What they're looking for:

• 2 to 7+ years of construction law or energy-related experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
• State bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction
• Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and international matters
