The work:

• Represent venture funds and emerging companies in equity financings and convertible instruments
• Advise life sciences and technology companies through formation, growth, and exit
• Structure investments, draft transaction documents, and run diligence
• Counsel clients on governance, licensing, and commercial arrangements
