A Boston emerging-companies platform is hiring a mid-level associate to represent startups and venture investors. The practice handles financings, formations, and the full company lifecycle from seed stage through exit. Korean language ability is preferred given the client base.

The work:

• Represent emerging companies and venture funds in preferred stock financings across rounds
• Handle entity formation, equity plans, and founder and employee arrangements
• Advise on commercial contracts, IP assignments, and governance as companies scale
• Support acquisitions and other exits for portfolio companies and their investors

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years of venture financing or emerging companies experience
• Massachusetts admission or eligibility
• Korean language ability preferred
